We require a credit card and a 50% deposit at the time of booking with us. The remaining balance will be charged fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date. You will be notified by email with payment confirmation. There will be a $150 damage deposit required upon check-in. All charges are in Canadian Dollars.
CANCELLED OR MODIFIED RESERVATIONS
You may cancel your reservation for no charge until 3:00 p.m. fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. We will charge you for your entire stay if you must cancel after this deadline.
Please also note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
We are closely following the New Brunswick provincial guidelines to ensure that we’re compliant with all current safety protocols. To ensure your safety, as well as the safety of our staff and community, we are taking extra precautions on site including the following:
Contactless check-in and check-out
Daily health screening of all staff
Increased cleaning and sanitation within each Dome using approved chemicals
Implementing social distancing and limited capacity measures as per the current guidelines
Pre-arrival health check / guest agreement to confirm that guests are all following the current New Brunswick provincial guidelines and are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms

Quite hours after 11:00p.m. Please respect our other guests, that are looking for an early night! We are also in a very rural area where it gets real quiet at night; we’d like to keep it that way.
What is the cost of a night in a dome?
The cost for our domes per night range between $185 and $300. Additional fees may apply.
Can we book more than one dome?
Yes, it is possible to book more than one dome. The entire site includes 4 Queen beds, 1 double loft bed with a total capacity of 10 people. Please note: we highly value the privacy of all our guests. No outside visitors are allowed in any of our units, unless previously approved by staff. Additional fees may apply.
Is it possible to book only one night?
We currently do not offer 1-night accommodations. Follow us on our social media sites for updates or email us to check-in.
What is included in the price of the stay?
You get your dome accommodation unit which contains a queen-size bed, an upstairs loft relaxing area for star gazing, a full-equipped kitchen a large bathroom with a full-size shower, a private deck with a salt-water hot tub, grilling barbecue & tabletop fire bowl (gel fuel included).
Fresh linens (bedding, bath towels, bathrobe and kitchen towels) is provided and included in the rate. Beach towels however are not included, we advise you to bring your own as using dome bath towels are prohibited. All our units come with a microwave oven, tea kettle, coffee maker, induction stove with suitable pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. Any damage to appliances will be the
responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly.
4 out of the 6 domes has its own salt-water hot tub. Note: we have them drained and professionally cleaned every 3-months by Pool Boys, Fredericton.
Garbage and recyclables must be placed in proper containers provided in each dome. Please ensure you wash your dishes before leaving the dome to checkout and barbeques must be cleaned after use.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 14 day notification in order to cancel your reservation for a full refund. There will be a cancellation fee of $45 applied. If you need to change your days, give us a call at least 7 days prior to your booking so we can accommodate your needs in the best possible way. We won’t be able to offer a refund if less than 14 day notification and for no shows on your booking check-in date.
Are you wheel chair accessible
• None of our domes are classified wheelchair accessible, however some units can accommodate that request under certain circumstances. Contact us for more info.
Is there Wi-Fi at O.G. Domes site?
We do not provide Wi-Fi in any of our domes.
Owner reserves the right to refuse anyone and will not be held responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money/jewelry or valuables of any kind.
Any damage to the dome and or the property’s fixtures/fittings and furnishings will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly.
Do you have a restaurant or food on-site?
We have formed partnerships with local farms and food establishments to offer the most relaxing and enjoyable experience possible at O.G. Domes. Ask us for our optional menu and list of offerings and we will deliver to your dome upon check-in.
